cancellation. Customers should review the policy

Changes to Reservations
Requests to change the date, time, equipment,
location, or other details of a reservation may be
subject to availability and may be treated
differently from a cancellation.
Weather-Related Cancellations
Weather policies may differ depending on the type

Cancellation Policy
Your tent, table, chair, and related equipment
reservation is reserved specifically for your
event date. Because equipment is removed from
availability and preparations may begin in advance,
cancellations may be subject to cancellation fees
or forfeiture of payments.

Weather-related cancellations are subject to the
applicable terms of your rental agreement.
Customers should contact AA Tents And Inflatables
as soon as possible if weather conditions may
affect their event.
Rental Equipment
Once equipment has been delivered, installed, or
otherwise prepared for the event, cancellation
requests may be subject to additional charges.
Linen Orders
Linen orders require advance preparation and should
be placed at least one week prior to the event.
Cancellation or changes to linen orders may be
subject to applicable fees.
Cancellation
Inflatable equipment is reserved specifically for
your event date and time. Cancellations may be
subject to fees depending on how far in advance
the cancellation is received.
Weather Cancellations
Inflatable rentals may be affected by rain, high
winds, lightning, or other unsafe weather
conditions. AA Tents And Inflatables reserves the
right to cancel or stop an inflatable rental when
weather conditions create an unsafe operating
environment.
Safety Decisions
Safety decisions made by AA Tents And Inflatables
personnel regarding weather or operating conditions
are final.

attendant. Cancellation terms therefore apply
specifically to foam party reservations.

Foam parties are outdoor events and may be affected
by severe weather, including lightning, high winds,
or other unsafe conditions.
Event Attendant
A Foamfinity Parties attendant is provided with
foam party rentals. The attendant may pause or
terminate the foam party when conditions become
unsafe.

Laser tag reservations require equipment,
transportation, staffing, and scheduling to be
reserved specifically for your event.

Outdoor laser tag events may be affected by
severe weather. Weather-related cancellations
are subject to the applicable terms of the
rental agreement.
Equipment

laser tag equipment during the rental. Damage or
loss of equipment may result in additional charges
